Here is what a week of VBS looks like...

Sunday, June 16th:  Staff from Lutherdale (young adults) will arrive at Living Waters for worship so the congregation and kids can meet the team who will be working with your kids all week.  The staff will participate in worship leading songs and the children’s message.  In between worship services, the VBS staff will leads songs, games and skits as an introduction to our VBS week.

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm  The days are filled with bible study, crafts, games and kid friendly - camp style worships, all based on the bible theme of the day.  The day typically includes a “water day” to help the kids remember their baptisms and cool off from the summer sun!

Thursday Night:  An evening program to draw the week to a close with a youth and staff lead worship, creating an opportunity for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings and church members to see and hear what the youth have been learning all week. 

Who Can Attend?

Kids who have completed Grades 1-5  lead by Lutherdale Staff

Kids entering Kindergarten and 1st grade  lead by Living Waters Staff

How Much Does it Cost?  

$60 child for the entire week

Who Staffs VBS?

VBS is staffed by college aged men and women who are well-trained in working with children, ready to lead the programs, and most especially have a love for God.  Lutherdale provides the staff.

Does Living Waters Need to Provide Volunteers?

Yes.   For every additional children over 32, Living Waters is required to provide a volunteer to keep an 8:1 ratio.

Additionally we are looking for volunteers to help staff the K & 1st grade program at Living Waters
