Christian Education, Adults Edition
While we're staying connected with #LivingWatersLive, we have Sunday-morning classes online via Zoom's meeting software. With Zoom, we get to see and hear one another on the computer screen, which helps us stay connected while we explore God's word. Our Zoom classes also use a variety of visuals to engage our minds through more than words.
The link to Zoom is shared each week on Realm, so contact the church office if you aren’t getting these notifications.

Winter Series: “Holy Time”
Sunday mornings at 10:30
In January and February, we’ll use a series called “Holy Time” to discuss how God encounters us in our past, present, and future. On January 10 and 17, we’ll talk about remembering God’s faithfulness and powerful deeds. On the Sundays in February, we’ll discuss experiencing God’s gracious presence in the now and using our memories and experiences of God to imagine the future in the light of God’s reign over all creation. Even in difficult times, God is inviting us to experience grace, gratitude, and hope.
Note: Adult Ed will not meet on January 24 or 31.
If you can't be there every week, don't stay away! Each session is designed to stand on its own, and you can get the PowerPoint via Realm or on this website.
When we're back in the building ...
Other years, on Sunday mornings between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends, we gather around the table in Room 2 to discuss our lives, our hopes, our faith, and what we're finding in the Bible passages we read together. Expect laughter and some aha moments, too.
We're studying the book of Acts, especially looking at how the first believers came to see that there was good news and they could be part of it. We'll draw connections between the questions and problems the first Christians faced and the very similar ones we come up against today. We'll look for clues as to how we, like the early believers, can walk together, loving Christ and loving all, for the sake of the world.
